This website is operated by Ruma Fragrances. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

  1. Products:
    Our fragrances are inspired by popular scents. Ruma Fragrances is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other brand. Scent strength and longevity vary with skin type, weather, and application. Colors and bottles in photos may differ slightly from the actual product.
  2. Pricing and Payment:
    All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice. Payment methods are shown at checkout. [Cash on Delivery is / is not available.]
  3. Orders
    Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order because of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
  4. Delivery
    Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please give a correct address and an active phone number, because the courier will contact you before delivery.
  5. Returns and refunds
    Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders. Because perfume is a personal-care item, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  6. Accuracy of information
    We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock information accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct them at any time.
  7. Use of the website

         You agree not to misuse the site, copy or reuse our content, images, or branding without permission, or try to interfere with its security or operation.

         8. Allergies and safe use
Fragrances may cause skin reactions. Test on a small patch of skin first. For external use only. Keep away from eyes, flames, and children. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
         9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ruma Fragrances is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our site or products.
        10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies.
        11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
