Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
Ruma Fragrances delivers across Pakistan.

Delivery time
Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days
All other cities in Pakistan: 3-5 working days
Delivery time starts once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Delays can happen during sales, public holidays, or bad weather, or because of the courier.

Shipping fee
A flat shipping fee of Rs.300 applies to every order.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier, including the shipping fee.

Order confirmation
After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details. Please keep your phone available and make sure your address and phone number are correct. Orders that can't be confirmed may be delayed or canceled.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS, or email whenever possible.

Failed or refused deliveries
The courier will usually try to reach you before delivering. If you can't be reached or refuse the parcel without a valid reason (such as damage), we may cancel the order and may not accept future COD orders from that number.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery where possible. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for details.
