Are your fragrances original designer perfumes?
No. Ruma fragrances are Eau de Parfum impressions, inspired by popular scents. We are not affiliated with any other brand.
How long do they last?
Our fragrances are made with high-concentration oils for good longevity. Performance varies with skin type, weather, and where you apply it. Spraying on pulse points and moisturized skin helps. On an average all our perfumes have minimum 8 hours lasting.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is our only payment method. Please keep the exact amount ready, including shipping.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is Rs.300 across Pakistan. Islamabad and Rawalpindi take 2-3 working days, and other cities take 3-5 working days.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We'll send tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS, or email once it's dispatched.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Because perfume is a personal-care item, we can't accept returns on opened or used bottles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible at 0337 9373062. We can change or cancel it if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
I'm not sure which scent to choose. Can you help?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with what you like (fresh, sweet, woody, oud or any other) and we'll suggest one. 
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our fragrances come in 50 ml. Some, like Ce Soir No.4 and Silk & Musk, are also available in 30 ml.
